Tate Exchange 2019 Timelapse

Over our three days at Tate Exchange at the beginning of March we welcomed thousands of visitor exploring diverse forms of movement with our artlab co-researchers; from 360 selfies which knit everyone in the vicinity into their images generating tubular and spherical images reminiscent of globes to listening to audio works on silent disco which invite movement in response to tempo, voice, journeys and political movement to making moves in response to models in augmented reality which invite audiences to move, imitate and react to somewhat invisible sculptural forms. The timelapse’s below give a sense of the energy of out weekend, the ebbs and flows of visitors to the floor, and the wind down as the breath leaves the selfie sphere.
